• ISDN hardware: In this window the found ISDN cards will be shown.
• Analog hardware: In this window the found modems will be shown.

• Sending faxes not as emails: If you activate this option the incoming faxes will not be routed as emails.
• Call acceptance..(1): Activating this option causes that all detailed faxes will be routed to one email address. You have to register the email address into the text field.
• Call acceptance..(2): Here you have to register the individual direct accesses (MSN - Multi Subscriber Number) and the email address to which the incoming fax on this number should be routed, by clicking on "add". The moreover it is possible to print an incoming fax directly. You only have to indicate an installed printer.
• Print settings: With this option it is possible to send all received faxes directly to a printer and to print them.

• Adressbook: You can create your contacts for example add from Outlook. You can also choose to only contacts with fax numbers to be imported.

• Name: Enter here the name, from which the email with the received fax is to come.
• Email address: Indicate the email address, from which the email with the received fax is to come.
• Subject heading: The placeholder %TSID% picks the call number out of the arriving fax and then this number will be indicated in the email.
• Email Server: Register with server name either the name or the IP address of your mail server. With port you register please the port over that the smtp server is accessible. If your mail server needs an authentication, then still indicate the user name and password please.
• Attachment: Here you specify please, in which format you want to receive the fax and in which format the email should be, which you receive from Visendo fax@MAIL 2005.

• Archiving: Here you choose how many times your faxes are to be archived, in which folder you will be saved, and whether you look for archiving directly delete.

• SupportReport: Here, you can contact us directly by e-mail to send your error description.
